Our Synergites had the wonderful opportunity to attend the 5th Women Empowerment Lecture – 2026, organized by JNTU Kakinada at Surya Kalamandir, Kakinada. The event featured an inspiring address by Ms. Rama Bijapurkar, a distinguished author, business advisor, and thought leader. Her engaging session encouraged students to embrace confidence, purpose, and resilience while preparing for the opportunities and challenges of the future. During the lecture, Ms. Bijapurkar highlighted the importance of: • True Empowerment – Recognizing one's self-worth, strengths, and potential. • Leadership – Breaking barriers, taking initiative, and leading with integrity. • Personal Growth – Developing confidence, adaptability, and resilience to succeed in a dynamic world. The session offered our students valuable real-world perspectives, inspiring them to think beyond academics and cultivate essential life skills. Interacting with accomplished leaders and listening to their experiences helps our learners broaden their horizons and become confident, socially responsible, and future-ready individuals.
