Accommodation & Food Reservation

Instructions

• Accommodation will be alloted on first come first serve basis to the first 400 registrations.

• Charges for only food per person (Standard Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks) excluding Dinner for entire period 1540/-

• Charges for Food (Standard Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner) and Standard Accommodation per person for entire period 3585/-

• Maximum of only 2 members will be allowed to accompany the player as Coach or Guardian.

Facilities:

1.       Separate Dormitory for Women & Men (Inside Venue) 

2.       Each person will be provided with a 3x6 mattress & pillow.

3.       Common washrooms, hot water, drinking water, and housekeeping facilities will be available.

Conditions:

1.       Males are not allowed in female dormitories and vice versa.

2.       Parents staying with children of the opposite gender (e.g., mother with son, father with daughter) must arrange alternative accommodation.

3.       Boys below 8 years are permitted in Women dormitory.

4.       Smoking & Drinking are strictly prohibited.

Other Conditions:

1.       Allotment of dormitory is on first cum first basis.

2.       No cancellation after 15th January 2025.

3.       Cancellation of Food or Food & Accommodation should be duly intimated to venue authorities well in advance.

4.       Refund of approved cancellations will be processed within 5-6 working days.

5.       Organising Committee is not responsible for your belongings.

6.       Food Timings:

a.       Breakfast: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM

b.       Lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

c.       Snacks: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

d.       Dinner: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
