To empower students against the growing threat of substance abuse, our school organized a vital awareness session titled "Say NO to Drugs." The event aimed to equip young minds with the practical knowledge, legal awareness, and personal resolve needed to make safe, healthy life choices.
The session was conducted by esteemed officer from the specialized District Eagle Team: Mr. Anjaneyulu (District In-charge). The guests were formally honoured by our respected Principal with book bouquets as a symbol of our shared commitment to education and social responsibility.
During an eye-opening session on youth substance abuse, law enforcement officers warned students about the subtle traps that lead to addiction, from everyday peer pressure and curiosity to deliberate manipulation by bad actors. Emphasizing that ignorance of the law offers zero protection, the team laid out the severe legal penalties, criminal records, and ruined career prospects tied to drug offenses. Beyond highlighting the risks, the officers equipped students with practical tools for prevention and resilience, teaching them how to spot early danger signs, push back against negative influences, and report illegal activity to protect their school and community.
The program concluded with students and faculty uniting to pledge a zero-tolerance policy toward substance abuse, keeping our campus strictly drug-free. We extend our deepest gratitude to the Eagle Team for their tireless service to society and their inspiring dedication to guiding the next generation.
